The materials needed for each activity are easily accessible, inexpensive and already in most households.
As school based clinicians, we are aware that there are struggling students who need our services, but don’t qualify for an IEP. Fine Motor Boot Camp is the perfect intervention for staff to implement during the 12 week RTI period. Our activities allow simplicity and consistency from classroom to classroom and school to school. Our Total Program is designed to provide programming to 5 classrooms for 5 months!
Each of our 5 sets of activities were designed with "focus areas" all coded with specific symbols.
Time is limited with our identified students and as clinicians, we always strive to offer more to each child. Fine Motor Boot Camp activities offer carry over for staff, teachers and caregivers to do outside of “therapy time.” What makes the program appealing for teachers is that it requires minimal set up on their part. Once each activity is created, it can be used over and over. After you have modeled an activity for families and staff, they have the ability to carryover the task with tools to adjust as their children progress. Stuck doing virtual therapy? Email the activity to the family in advance to make sure they have the materials available to complete the task.

Move away from technology! Children will need breaks from screens and our Fine Motor Boot Camp activities are perfect for building all those necessary fine motor and language skills.
