“My daughter loves “Fine Motor Boot Camp.” She's very excited when I tell her we are going to do a “Boot Camp Activity."  She has also shown improvement with the activities quickly! We have been very happy with it!”

“The Fine Motor Boot Camp system is the perfect combination of simplicity, efficiency and fun. The thoughtfully planned (reusable) kits (containing a language and fine motor activity which highlight concepts such as colors, numbers, activities of daily living, cutting and letters) are small and can easily be stored, packed and carried. The kits are made out of readily available and inexpensive materials that can be quickly reproduced if needed. The children are using "real life" objects that they find so fascinating, such as paint stirrers, clothes pins and buttons.  The program also includes “challengers” and “simplifiers” for each activity to ensure that ALL children are successful and challenged.”

Fine Motor Boot Camp is a dynamic multi-faceted program that engages all participants. This multi-sensory program can be adapted to meet the needs of all children, as a result students are excited and empowered. Students look forward to completing activities and honing their fine motor skills. All of our staff has been trained and our paraprofessionals have especially enjoyed utilizing the program. I recommend this program highly and without reservation as it is truly child centered."

We love using Fine Motor Boot Camp at our center and are happy that it is easily adjusted to be a small group or one on one activity. We have noticed that using it one on one has also helped our children gain that attention they need to help improve not only fine motor skills but social/emotional as well.
-Public school preschool director

“Our students with lower social emotional scores have historically had lower fine motor scores.  Since the implementation of Fine Motor Boot Camp, we have seen an increase in not only fine motor scores but social emotional scores.”
- Head Start teacher

Fine Motor Boot Camp was the missing piece in my classroom! I had several students that avoided engaging in fine motor play and this was the perfect guided center to set up to encourage play with hands. It was very easy to adapt too.
-Preschool special education teacher

Often parents ask for “homework” in preschool in the form of ABC’s, numbers, etc. During parent teacher conferences I recommend Fine Motor Boot Camp activities and send them home for “homework.” Parents write back that their child “LOVE” the activities...they are learning these concepts while playing with their parents!
-Special education preschool teacher

“Loved the use of videos for concepts.  So many examples!  Wonderful course, ready to use the next day in the classroom.  Can’t wait to introduce to paras and teachers – so easy and clear instructions.”

-NYC School based , OT

“Loved learning how the imaginary play is so important – as I am school-based, we get so focused on working on actual education goals while imaginary play/social emotional development is so important!  Thank you!  Very entertaining and informative!  Very easy to listen to!”

-DOE preschool COTA

“Great practical course – makes you think and be more creative! And it’s a very adaptable program!”

"I attended a Fine Motor Boot Camp training to learn some new ideas for interactions with my son. I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed it and felt inspired by all the information you provided. It was engaging and interactive. I like to know current research as well as best practices! I loved the materials you provided which sparked me to gather up household items and place in his playroom. Just wanted to say thank you and if it comes around again I will be referring my friends and co workers to attend!"                                                                   -Parent & public school COTA
